The IHC serves as a resource to converts worldwide by providing a platform for study, support, halachic conversion and integration into Jewish life. The IHC founded an official Rabbinical Court in Puebla, Mexico, the 'Beit Din HaMeuhad,' which serves the local community and the Latin American community at large.

The IHC can not guarantee every convert the ability to make Aliyah, i.e. immigrate to Israel, due to Israeli Immigration Authority policies and the complicated nature of the Law of Return.
